The following jurisdictions passed a referendum to allow the possession, sale, and consumption of alcoholic liquors by the drink on Sundays and to allow the sale of beer and wine regardless of the day and hour of sale:

● Abbeville County 

● Chesterfield County

● Williamsburg County

● Dillon (city limits only)

● Union (city limits only)

● Sumter (city limits only)

The following jurisdiction passed a referendum to allow Sunday sales of beer and wine only, for off-premises consumption only:

● Sumter County

Businesses wishing to take advantage of these referendums must apply for the following ABL licenses:

● A Local Option Permit (LOP)authorizes the sale and on-premises consumption of alcoholic liquor by the drink, beer, and wine at food establishments with a valid liquor by the drink license and beer/wine permit on Sunday from 12:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m.

● A ​7-Day On-Premises Beer/Wine Permit authorizes the sale of beer and wine "to go" and consumption on the licensed premises, seven days a week. Sales on Sunday are permitted from 12:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. for consumption on the premises.

● A 7-Day Off-Premises Beer/Wine Permitauthorizes the sale of beer and wine for off-premises consumption only, seven days a week and 24 hours a day.
