Myrtle Beach, S.C. March 3, 2021 - American Red Cross disaster-trained volunteers are assisting a family whose home, located on Greens Blvd in Myrtle Beach, was damaged by a fire in the early hours this morning. The Red Cross is helping three people by providing financial assistance for immediate needs such as food, clothing, and shelter, along with referrals to much needed resources.

Every year, we celebrate March as National Red Cross Month. We use this month as a chance to honor and celebrate the everyday heroes who help us fulfill our mission. The Red Cross is helping six people by providing financial assistance for immediate needs such as food, clothing, and shelter, along with referrals to much needed resources.
